臺(tái)北2020年7月29日 /美通社/ -- Analog Devices, Inc.  (ADI) 於7月27日宣佈完成對INVECAS高畫質(zhì)多媒體介面(HDMI)業(yè)務(wù)的收購。INVECAS總部位於聖克拉拉，專長為提供嵌入式軟體及系統(tǒng)級解決方案。此次收購將為ADI帶來完整的音頻和視訊解決方案，以滿足企業(yè)和消費(fèi)性電子市場日益成長之需求。該筆交易的財(cái)務(wù)條款未予披露。

此次收購並將提升ADI在HDMI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)構(gòu)中的地位，協(xié)助推升HDMI連接技術(shù)的未來演進(jìn)，如HDMI 2.1功能組合和低功耗特性。此外，ADI並將具備認(rèn)證和合規(guī)能力，以確保在客戶的整個(gè)HDMI開發(fā)週期中（從概念形成到認(rèn)證和產(chǎn)品發(fā)表）為其提供各種支援。隨著業(yè)界不斷發(fā)展及HDMI 2.1的問世，8K和10K視訊、增強(qiáng)音訊回傳、可變刷新率等應(yīng)用將越趨常見。此外，ADI將透過更廣泛的功能組合和更低的功耗進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品受眾，使相關(guān)技術(shù)能獲得更廣泛採用。 

INVECAS HDMI技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)於該領(lǐng)域擁有悠久的歷史，前身為1995年成立的半導(dǎo)體公司Silicon Image，HDMI技術(shù)即為該公司所率先創(chuàng)建。該團(tuán)隊(duì)之管理階層於合併至ADI的影音事業(yè)部後將持續(xù)發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。
